PRODUCTION NOTES
"The Real
Fear of Voices Within"
This film was shot in
Letchworth Village in Rockland County NY.
This is an area that has been abandoned for
some time. Many of the stone buildings have
been around since the early 1900s. The
buildings were foster homes for the mentally
challenged.
The children that were involved in this
production range in the age of five to
fourteen. On the days of shooting this film,
the young children often became so
frightened by the surroundings of Letchworth
Village that shooting would have to halt and
resume another day.
